Sensational 1950’s Dean Jones Sportswear novelty dress set. Constructed out of cotton fabric in a teal green color. The blouse is a sleeveless style with V neckline and a black scalloped collar. Bust darts and princess seaming along the front and back of the bodice provides fit and shape. Metal side zip closure. The gathered full circle skirt features a black velvet textured scallop print along the upper part and lower hemline with novelty carousel horses in between. Back button and zip closure. An exceptional and rare set. In excellent vintage condition with overall light wear consistent with age. Has been professionally dry cleaned and is ready to wear.
