Description
A wonderfully unusual mid-century October angel, holding a tiny two-tone theatrical mask instead of the expected pumpkin or bouquet. This sweet ceramic figure wears a white gown with softly blushed cheeks, a gold halo, sculpted wings, gilt details, and a raised garland of dimensional flowers around her skirt. “October Angel” is scripted in gold across the base.
Made for an angel-of-the-month collection, she has just the right amount of old-world Halloween charm: seasonal, theatrical, and a little bit strange in the best possible way.
Curator’s Note
The best Halloween pieces do not need to shout. This little angel feels like something discovered on a shelf in an old house—quietly holding her mask while the amber lamps come on. She is especially lovely styled among black glass, autumn leaves, old books, or a small collection of vintage paper ephemera.

Beautiful vintage condition, with light age-appropriate wear to the gilt decoration and unglazed underside. No obvious cracks, or repairs noted; there are two small chips on the base of the piece and are not visible when displayed. Please review all photographs carefully as they are part of the description.
